Billing
Last updated
On Billing and subscriptions you see the plan you have, when it renews or when the trial ends, and you can change plans. Payments happen with Stripe, outside Diagnosticy, on a secure screen.
How to get here
Open your user menu and choose Billing. You also land here if a feature asks for a higher plan (events, custom forms, or locked designs).
What you see
- Title Billing and subscriptions.
- If you are on a trial: Free Trial ends on {{date}} and the remaining days.
- If you already pay: Resets on {{date}} (start of the next period).
- Plan cards (Basic, Pro, Premium) with the monthly price. One says Current plan; the others say Upgrade Available.
- The link View all plan benefits, which opens the public pricing page.
If plans cannot be loaded: Plans are temporarily unavailable. Check the pricing link or come back later.
Change or manage the plan
- Choose the card of the plan you want.
- The button changes by case:
- Upgrade if the plan is higher.
- Switch plan if it is lower.
- Manage subscription if it is already your current plan with an active subscription.
- Diagnosticy takes you to Stripe (Redirecting...). Complete or adjust payment there.
- When you return, the app syncs the account status.
Manage subscription opens the Stripe portal: payment method, invoices, and cancellation, according to what Stripe allows.
What each plan type unlocks
Without going into prices, this is what you notice day to day:
- Events and Google Calendar need Pro or Premium.
- Creating custom forms also needs Pro or Premium, with a cap by plan.
- Some gallery designs need a minimum plan.
- There are limits on templates/documents and on forms.
If the subscription expires, Diagnosticy may send you through this screen before you can keep using the app.
Tip
If you mainly want a schedule and your own forms, look at Pro. If you will also use many designs or a high volume of documents, compare benefits on the pricing page before you click Upgrade.
