By accessing the Diagnosticy website or using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you act on behalf of a clinic, practice, or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
These terms apply to the public website, demos, trial accounts, paid accounts, and related functionality we make available.
2. Accounts, eligibility, and security
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials and for protecting usernames, passwords, and internal access.
- If you invite assistants or team members, you must ensure that only authorized people receive access.
- You must notify us promptly if you detect unauthorized use or a suspected security incident.
3. Appropriate use and medical context
Diagnosticy is a practice management and clinical documentation tool. It is not an emergency service, does not replace professional judgment, and should not be your sole backup for time-sensitive medical decision-making.
Service availability may depend on internet connectivity, browsers, third-party integrations, and maintenance activity.
- You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or introduce malware.
- You may not copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond the scope allowed by your plan or commercial agreement.
4. Customer data and compliance responsibilities
You keep ownership of the information, documents, and content your organization uploads to Diagnosticy. You authorize us to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for having the legal authority needed to collect, upload, and manage personal or clinical data inside the platform.
If your use requires data-processing addenda, confidentiality terms, BAAs, or other regulatory commitments, those must be agreed separately when applicable.
5. Plans, trials, and service changes
We may offer trials, free plans, beta functionality, or paid subscriptions with commercial terms described in the relevant proposal, invoice, or order process.
We may update, improve, limit, or remove service features when reasonably necessary for technical, operational, legal, or business reasons.
If a paid plan applies to your account, you must pay applicable charges, taxes, and renewals according to the commercial terms accepted with Diagnosticy.
6. Intellectual property
Diagnosticy and its software, branding, website content, design, and documentation belong to Diagnosticy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed, these terms do not grant you rights to copy, modify, decompile, sublicense, or distribute the service beyond ordinary customer use.

We may suspend or limit access if we detect material breaches, security risks, non-payment, or uses that could harm other customers or the platform.
