Home dashboard
Last updated
The home dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It summarizes recent activity and gives you shortcuts so you can keep working without hunting through the menu.
How to get here
Open the app and sign in. If your account is a doctor account, this is your welcome screen.
What you see
On the left is Recent activity, split into two lists:
- Patients: the last patients you created or edited, with a relative date.
- Consultations: the latest consultations. If a consultation has a prescription, you will see View prescription.
On the right are Quick actions:
- Create patient
- View patients
- View consultations
If you are on a trial, you will also see how many days remain in your free trial.
What you can do
- Click a recent patient to open their record and keep editing.
- Click a recent consultation to open it. Use View prescription when you need the Rx.
- Use Create patient when someone new arrives.
- Use View patients, View consultations, or View all to open the full lists.
If the lists are empty
That is normal when you start. You will see There are no recent patients yet. or There are no recent consultations yet. Create a patient and then a consultation — the dashboard fills itself.
If loading fails, refresh the page. Unable to load recent activity right now means the activity feed could not be read.
Tip
Start the day here: scan who was updated yesterday and jump straight into that record or consultation.
