This screen shows a gallery design at full size: title, description, and preview. From here you decide whether to copy it into your account so you can edit it.

How to get here

Open the Design gallery and click a card.

What you see

  • Design title (or Untitled document).
  • Description, if one exists.
  • Large preview image.
  • Back to designs.
  • Use this design (or Upgrade to use if your plan does not include it). While it copies you will see Saving....
  • Heart to favorite the design, if available.

If the design needs a higher plan, the lock explains: This design requires the {{plan}} plan or higher.

Use the design

  1. Review the preview.
  2. Click Use this design.
  3. Diagnosticy creates a new template in your account and opens the template editor.
  4. There you change texts, placeholders, and assign it to consultations, prescriptions, or records.

This screen does not generate a PDF for a patient. It only creates your editable copy.

If you hit the document limit, you will see You have reached the document limit for your current plan. If the design does not exist: Document not found / The requested document is not available. Back to documents returns you to the gallery.

Tip

Use the design as a base and, in the editor, connect your practice data sources. A nice layout only fills correctly if the @fields match your forms.
