Drugs catalog

Last updated

The Drugs catalog stores the medicines and presentations you use when prescribing, so you do not retype the same name every time.

How to get here

In the left menu open Data, then Drugs.

What you see

  • Title Drugs and Manage your drug catalog for prescriptions.
  • Search: Search drugs.
  • Import and Add.
  • Table columns: Drug, Generic, Presentations, created date, and Actions.
  • Hover a row to see View drug.
  • 25 rows per page.

Empty state: No drugs found. Drugs appear after you create them.

Add a drug

  1. Click Add. The dialog is Add drug.
  2. Enter the drug name (required) and an optional generic name.
  3. Add presentations (for example 500 mg tablets). Up to 50, no duplicates.
  4. Save. You will see Drug saved successfully.

Edit or delete

  • Click a row to open Edit drug. Change name, generic, and presentations (Add presentation).
  • The trash icon opens Delete drug and asks for confirmation.

If the drug or a presentation is already used in a prescription, delete stays disabled. Tooltip: This presentation is used in a prescription and cannot be deleted.

Search

Type in Search drugs. The list filters and returns to page 1.

Tip

Load the medicines you prescribe most often first. When you write a prescription, pick from the catalog instead of typing by hand.
