Events and appointments
Last updated
My Events is where you organize appointments. Events live in a Google calendar named My appointments, created by Diagnosticy, so the clinic schedule and Google stay in sync.
This feature is available on Pro and Premium.
How to get here
Open Events in the left menu. If Google Calendar is not connected, Diagnosticy sends you to Google Calendar integration.
If your plan does not include events, you will see an upgrade prompt. Closing it returns you to the dashboard. Change plans in Billing.
What you see
- Title My Events and Organize your appointments with Google Calendar.
- Show filters / Hide filters, a refresh button, and Create event.
- Filters: Title, Patient, Date, and Clear all.
- Cards with title, time, description, and actions.
By default you see events from 14 days ago through 45 days ahead (up to 30 events). A date filter shows only that day.
Create an appointment
- Click Create event.
- Set Date, Start Time, and End Time.
- If it is a patient visit, select the patient — the title may fill as Consultation plus the name.
- Add Title, Description, and email if needed.
- Save. The event appears here and in Google Calendar.
Edit, attend, or delete
- Edit: click the card. The dialog becomes Update event.
- Attend now: if a patient is linked, opens a new consultation tied to that event.
- Delete event: asks for confirmation. The event is also removed from Google Calendar and cannot be undone.
- Open Event in Google Calendar: opens the event in Google.
Filter and refresh
Use Show filters to search by title, patient, or day. No matches: No events match your filters. Empty range: No upcoming events in your Diagnosticy calendar.
Refresh reloads Google Calendar. Success: Events refreshed successfully.
Tip
Create the appointment with the patient already selected. On the visit day, tap Attend now and go straight to the consultation.
