Templates

Last updated

Templates are the PDF layouts you control: prescriptions, consultation notes, or records. Unlike the design gallery, here you edit the layout and assign it as the default for a document type.

How to get here

In the left menu open Templates, then Templates again.

What you see

  • Title Templates and the line Create fully customizable PDF templates…
  • New template.
  • Table: Title, Updated, and Actions.
  • Open template and the menu with Template settings, Duplicate, and Delete.

Empty: No templates found. / Create your first template to get started.

Create, open, or duplicate

  1. Click New template.
  2. In Create template, enter the Template Title (placeholder Prescription).
  3. Click Create template. The template editor opens.

Open template opens the same editor. Duplicate creates a copy (Template duplicated) and opens it.

If you hit the document limit: You have reached the document limit for your current plan.

Set the purpose

In Template settings choose Default for:

  • None
  • Consultations
  • Prescriptions
  • Records

That choice enables Generate PDF on patients and consultations. Saving replaces any other template already assigned to that purpose.

Delete

Delete template asks for confirmation. It cannot be undone. While it runs you will see Deleting....

Tip

Create three basic templates and mark them as defaults: consultation, prescription, and record. Then refine the layout or start from a gallery design.
